I have read quite a bit about these and am fascinated. I need to use it longer but I do believe it does show very quick results especially when using one of the tips for pimples. The turnover time is much quicker. It does sting the tiniest bit but it is adjustable so you should not be zapping yourself. I do notice that my face does turn a bit red but goes away quickly which makes sense as its 'superheating' the (dermis?) to stimulate collagen. I have no problem layering with topicals as I (A): do so after using the wand and (B): since this is worked on the much deeper bits of skin the top layer still needs love too.
