I recently had a lower face lift. I also wear this mask as a chin strap for my CPAP. I ordered an extra strap while one is in the wash. I recommend this chin strap. I love it and it’s comfortable.

Skin Gym Morning Shed Chin Strap
This is very comfortable to wear and makes face feel very supported. Not using this to try and change the look of my jawline, so can't speak to it's effectiveness there. But if you are a user of chin straps for any reason, this one is extremely comfortable to use.
