I use the concentrate version of this cream on face and this on hands. It calms my Raynouds redness and small bumps and keeps hands moisturized for a long time. No fragrance, which I love, smooth, not too thick, absorbs quickly and isn't greasy at all. Can't live without it! Also great on body in colder temps.
