I have combination skin with patches of dry skin. This product goes on very smooth, gives me the perfect amount of hydration, and evens out my dry patches without over moisturizing.

I tried this cream about 20 years ago, but found it too rich for my combination skin at the time. I received a generous sample, along with SkinMedicas other popular products a few months ago when I ordered my TNS Essential Serum (a must have!) and decided to use it again when the cooler weather arrived. Almost immediately, my skin appeared firmer and the few finer wrinkles were less visible. Of course, I ordered a full size so that I would have it in reserve when my sample runs out. I hope that SkinMedicare will offer this same sample combo in the near future when I purchase my TNS Serum again. This is the only way to see if the product really works. These tiny packet samples only provide enough cream for about 2 days, if used frugally. While this cream may be too rich for California summers, I will wait to see. In the meantime, I am loving the benefits during the cooler weather!

I will not go without this product. I use refissa and my face would get realy dry, especially around the nose area. If I use this every night you cannot tell I use anything on my face. It keeps it hydrated and it feels fantastic.

Too many PARABENS
This product contains: methylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben, isobutylparaben, ethylparaben. Had I known that when the SkinMedica people were selling it to me I would have saved a lot of money. I have since been much better at reading product labels to identify those 'bad items' that you don't want or need on your skin.
