Great if you damaged or post procedure skin
This is a creamy, non foaming cleanser. I have damaged moisture barrier on my cheeks and it works well for cleaning without stripping the skin. Having said that, I prefer the SkinMedica gentle cleanser when my skin isn't damaged because the Sensitive Skin cleanser almost leaves a creamy film on the skin. Bottom line - it's great for post procedure or damaged skin but may not be an every day cleanser.

While this cleanser doesn't irritate nor dry my sensitive skin I don't think that it cleanses my face completely when I use it. I do not wear much makeup in the summer, just my SkinMedica products along with the SkinDefense SPF, both tinted and regular. My skin just isn't as clean after I use it as it should be. I usually have to clean my face twice to get it completely cleansed.

I use this as a light cleanser in the shower each morning. It's very gentle and although may seem expensive at first consideration, a little lasts a long way. I barely need any to cleanse my entire face. Plus, it's not drying or harsh and my skin is very fair and sensitive.
