Excellent Product!
I’ve been using TNS serum for a few years now. I’m 55 and no wrinkles. I think the TNS serum is the reason behind my good skin. One bottle lasts me 3-4 months as I wet me face a little, my neck, top of my hands and even the top of my arms. I just blend the product between my fingers than spread it on my face, but since my face is partially wet just barely wet), I’m able to drag the product to my neck and then go to my hands and upper arms. If you still have product to go to another area after your upper arms, it means you are using too much product. I do that at least once a day, but most of the time twice a day. I hope this helps since you can save a lot of product this way.

Expensive but worth it
This is another recommendation of my dermatologist who says it is the best serum out there (she uses it herself). It really tightens and smooths the skin. It's pricey, so I only use it once a day in the morning since it makes your skin smooth and sits well under makeup. A splurge indeed, but worth it.

Worth the money
I started using TNS essential serum about 9 months ago. Noticed that my skin looked smooth on day 3 when used twice a day. I use it once a day now. It has improved the fine lines and pores in my sensitive skin. Doesn't cause skin irritation or redness. It contains growth factors as well as antioxidants. Worth the money.

Finally tried it
I have been hearing about the wonders of TNS for years, and I finally broke down and tried it because of the great sale price LovelySkin offers now and then. I have been using it for several weeks, and I feel like it is powerful and working. My skin tingles when I apply it, and my face seems so soft and supple with fewer wrinkles. The only reason that I am not giving it 5 stars is because I don't trust the delivery system. There are two holes and red gel comes out of one while yellow cream comes out of the other. It is not always even. Sometimes, I get more red, other times more yellow. I am concerned that eventually one of the colors will run out before the other and then I won't have the magic mixture. As with other reviewers, I don't prefer the smell, but it dissipates quickly. I do like what it does for my skin!

Honestly, I did not notice any difference after using it for three months.
I heard wondrous things about this product in terms of all of the reviews, but I have to say after using it for three months I did not notice any real improvements in my skin. My mom advised me against it because of the smell, yet that did not bother me. It could just be that my skin did not react the way others have. I am in my late 30s and maybe this addresses older skin concerns, yet I am not sure that I believe in its prevention effects to absorb the hefty price tag.

This product is amazing! Very expensive but worth it. My face looks glowy and smooth. I have very oily skin. First time using this, I noticed how my skin was not oily after each use. That's a plus for me. I just wish it would last longer because it does cost so much using it 2x day.

Acceptable, not wonderful
I purchased this product in hopes of replacing my current, more expensive serum and have used it for several weeks both morning and evening to see if the results were as promised. Currently, I am switching back to my current product in the mornings. The SkinMedica serum really does not smell very good. It leaves an unpleasant smell for several minutes after use. I have had problems with dispensing this serum as one of the chambers gets clogged and you have to disassemble the top and rinse to fix the issue. I also find my product leaves my skin smoother and looking better when I apply makeup. The SkinMedica product doesn't give me a smooth finish and my foundation seems to look less smooth in some areas. I have not noticed any difference in the appearance of fine lines either.
