I have used TNS Essential Serum previously years ago, and then I wanted to try other serums because of the steep price. I must admit that I am back - TNS Essential Serum is rated one of the best by many for a reason. I find that my acne prone, sensitive skin is better on this product - less breakouts, more even tone. This is my favorite serum.
My skin looks fantastic when I use this product consistently. I stock up when it goes on sale. Apply it in the evening, wait 30 minutes and apply a moisturizer on top. It keeps my 53 year old skin looking smooth and taut.

At the price of this and rave reviews, I bought it. It has done absolutely nothing for me. I usually use the Obagi c system and have great results. But I decided to try something different and bought this along with a bunch of other products my esthetician’ recommended. Very disappointing and has a weird smell which is not good for allergy sufferers.

I bought this, and I waited so long. I have been dying to try it I was using another product of it I kept going back to that, and when I finally got it, I guess it had some fragrance. I'm not sure, but it's an amazing product. It just didn't work for me, and I was really torn. What's up? I was looking so forward to keeping it, and I hope the ones that it's working for enjoy. I hesitated to buy this product because of the price. My dermatologist kept recommending it every time I went in to see her. LovelySkin had a nice special, and I finally ordered it. After a week of use, day and night, it seems like there’s a difference already, which sounds crazy, but even a friend asked yesterday what I changed with my makeup because my skin looks so good. I ordered another bottle, and I’m barley into the one I just received! I’ve had no problem with the air pump system like some reviewers. I invert the bottle and tap in my hand before dispensing like the video shows. Smooth dispensing and equal quantity from each chamber each time. There is a bit of an odd smell, but if the results continue, the slight smell is nothing. Plus, once I the serum is absorbed, and I have a moisturizer and sunscreen on top the smell is gone. I am definitely keeping this product in my routine. I’m 52 and get told I look like I’m 30’s or 40’s. Some of it’s genetic I’m sure, but definitely a lot is attributable to a good skin care regime!
