Love the Product - Hate the New Bottle
I love this product! It is amazing. Within days, deep lines are reduced and pores are smaller. However, the new larger-size bottle is defective. The air pump is supposed to deliver 2 serums in a single pump but only one of the two comes out of the bottle. None of the troubleshooting methods for air pump bottles works. But LovelySkin let me know that this is a manufacturer problem, and they are sending me the product in the original bottle and refunding me the difference in price. So I love the product, love LovelySkin, but hate the new dispenser.

I have been using this product for a few years now on and off. Every time I am using it, I receive compliments on my skin. I am 64 years old and I really feel this TNS serum has made a difference on how my skin has aged. I see my friends who are my same age, some have even had work done, and I feel my skin looks better. I only do not use it all the time due to the cost but try to skip a month off it every now and then. I highly recommend it, and I also recommend Lovely Skin. I have been able to save sometimes when they have sales, and they sell the real deal! Great anti-aging product

Helps with crepey skin
I'm not sure about tightening effect, but this serum helps a lot with crepey skin under the eyes before I use this cream my under eye skin was baaad and dry now look so much better.

Performs as advertised
I have been using this product since 2011 and panic when I am running low. It has helped me maintain smoother and firmer skin quality. I don't know if it eliminates wrinkles, but it must being doing something to prevent them from increasing. I highly recommend this product.

Made an overall difference
I first tried this product years ago when it first came out, at that time, I didn't see any real difference with the quality of my skin, so it was not a repurchase for me. Fast forward to 12/17 I decided to give it a go again because of all the positive reviews. I am a faithful C Serum girl (SkinCeuticals C E FERULIC and IS Clinical super serum) and have been for over 10 years. SkinMedica TNS Essential Serum improved my skin from the first use. There are noticeable improvements to the developing crepey skin under my eyes and a definite softening of my expression lines around my mouth, eyes and jawline. I will repurchase.

I had been wanting to try this serum for some time but didn't think a serum could be worth this price. I was wrong. I have only been using this for 2 weeks and the results are amazing. My skin just looks overall younger. It is more radiant and a couple of dark spots that are even resistant to IPL have noticeably lightened. I don't really have wrinkles yet (I am 39), so I can't speak to it's effects on lines, but I have noticed that my skin feels firmer. An added benefit which I did not expect is that my face is clearer and it seems to have reduced redness. It took me a few tries to get the pump working right, but the issue seems to be fixed for now. I have found my new favorite serum! Worth every penny!

This works great if you use it every day. My hyperpigmentation is lighter. I use this along with dermaplaning for better results. 4 of 5 stars due to the dual pump. Sometimes one side gets clogged, and it doesn't dispense evenly. I will continue to buy this.

I gave this a three because I honestly can’t tell what it does. I have used it regularly for about a year. My esthetician swears by it, so that’s why I continue to use it. People do tell me my skin is young for my age (57), so maybe this product is working. However, I use all of the products my esthetician recommends, so maybe it’s following the complete regimen that works.
