Unbelievably great!!
This is truly the ''secret sauce.'' There is a definite difference in my skin tone and quality since starting to use this product. The brown spots on my face have disappeared and my skin truly has a healthy glow. I only wish there were more product in the container!

More Hype than Help?
TNS Essential Serum was strongly recommended by my plastic surgeon (who is a distributor...$$$...of SkinMedica products). I used it for a few months last year. I am a senior with very good quality skin...and few wrinkles, thanks to ps. The TNS kept my skin smooth but did not give me the regular exfoliation and clear skin glow and compliments as when using SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic in the a.m. and SkinMedica Retinol Complex 1.0 at night so I gave up on TNS and switched back to my original regimen.

Great Results, a Bit Pricey
This really does result in softer, smoother skin, better skin tone and less visible pores. I saw a change within 3 weeks. It smells pretty bad when first applied, but the scent disappears quickly. I've used Obagi, Skinceuticals and Dermalogica, love them, and this ranks right up there. Yes, it's expensive, but it actually does help.

Of all products that I have ever used TNS Serum makes the most difference to my skin on my face and also on my neck. I have never written a review for any product because I have never felt that a product was exceptional, but TNS is different. There are few products that you feel justified to spend a considerable amount of money for, but again TNS is different. LovelySkin is company recommended by SkinMedica and they really have good prices and exceptional customer service.

Pricey-but may be worth it
My skin looks visibly better and I have received many compliments since I started using this product. However, I recently had fx laser surgery. This product was recommended by my dermatologist to use after I had the procedure. So I am not sure if the the improvement is a result of the product, the treatment or the combination of both. My dermatologist indicated that this serum would enhance the benefits of the procedure.
