I have only been using the TNS serum for about a month, and so far so good. It came highly recommended so I purchased a few when LovelySkin had their big black friday sale. The only reason I give this a 4 is because of the fragrance...wish this was fragrance free!!

TNS is the best!
I've been using TNS Essential serum for about 4 months now. It is incredible. A little bit goes a long way. If you put it on right after your shower on a slightly damp face you can use even less. If has done a lot to even out my skin tone and get rid of my acne scars. Be advised that it doesn't fight active acne though .... my esthetician (who has been using it for over 10 years) informed me of that. It is definitely worth the hefty price in my opinion!

This product became a staple in my skin care routine. It was recommended to me by my esthetician. After about first three weeks of using the product everyone around me had noticed the change in my skin. Only two problems: it is expensive and doesn't last long. Can''t stop, won''t stop
Just turned 38 & have been using Essential (in AM) w Recovery complex (PM) for only a few months. Several of my MUCH younger cousins just told me I looked so good I could pass for 20 something again!! Truly credit both of these serums, which I started when my derm said she can't live without. Excellent pedigree
I was so impressed with the ingredient list that I had to try it. My personal deal breakers are excessive silicones (acne) and fragrance, especially in the form of citrus type extracts (sensitizing). This serum does not aggravate either of those concerns. I do need a moisturizer over it, as I have mature skin (52). So, it passes the first hurdle which is tolerance. Next, time will tell if it passes the next hurdle-efficacy. I purchased another bottle while on sale, and feel this should be a long enough trial to objectively decide.
