Good morning eyes

The Steel rotating ball gives my eyes a cool wake up feel in the morning. I found that the refreshing serum is also gentle on my eyes and goes on very smoothly. I use it around the entire eye but not on the lid. I didn’t give it 5 stars because it did not diminish the puffiness under the eye.
