Great eye pencil overall
I always use this eye pencil because it works great on the water line and stays on well as long as you dont put it on your upper eyelid it is very creamy and can smear easily. I have not found anything that goes on easier, but I noticed it doesnt last very long, because you have to sharpen it often.
