Decent water line eyeliner

I have tried several different water liners. This one is easy to apply and just slightly messy until it sets. It isn't irritating and lasts all day. It is rather pricey for the small amount in the package, but you don't need much in order to obtain good color. I only tried it in black, so I can't speak for other shades.
