StimuLash Fusion Lash Enhancing Liquid Treatment Eye Liner

My experience with this wasn't all the description promised. It's an ok liner - I generally have to apply, let dry, and reapply in order to see the "intense black" color, and it tends to fade faster than I'd like. I haven't noticed any change in my lashes, but I haven't worn it consistently enough to allow it to, either... I like my waterproof liner better, so I've failed to be consistent enough to see any lash benefits.
