Moisturizes Well Without Being Greasy
I have been using this for about a month, so it's too early to tell if it is effective for horizontal neck lines. However, it does a wonderful job moisturizing the neck. It did take me a few tries to get the amount just right. Initially, I used too much product and it left a greasy feeling all day. After an adjustment, it is fine. A previous product (a different brand) resulted in a red, bumpy rash on my neck after a few weeks. I have not experienced that with this Strivectin product. While the price tag on this product is high, I think it is well worth it because the skin on our necks are so delicate and need a little extra TLC. The reason I did not give this 5 stars is because I do not yet know if it will help the horizontal lines on my neck. That may require another month or two of daily use.

Seems to help
I’ve only been using the neck cream for about two weeks. I’m trying to get consistent, but my lines do seem to be somewhat smoother. I will continue to use and review later. It goes on so smooth and feels really good!

I have been using this product for several weeks and I do feel great moisture and some tightening. I will continue to use my first jar and see how my "turkey neck" has shrunk. I am 86 I can use all the help I can get.

Decent neck cream
I can feel some tightening taking place after applying this on my neck. The neck also feels smoother. Just as a added benefit I like to layer Revision advanced nectifirm over the Strivectin. It is not necessary that I do this cause I think this neck cream can hold it's own by itself.
