Awesome Eyeliner!!
I bought this for my mom as she has been looking for a nice liquid eyeliner in blue. She loves it! She says it’s easy to apply & the color is great! I know it’s long lasting b/c she was still sporting the liner the next morning after a night of dinner & drinks with the girls! Lol When it’s time for a new liner for me I will be ordering this brand!
