I do not know what happened

I used this product before, because my hairdresser gave me a sample of it with a very good smell and great softness, so I decide to order it and when it arrived, the first thing I noticed that it did not have any security seal on the cap, and when I applied it in my hair, the smell of the product was not the same at all, nor did it give me the softness that the original product gave me. I don't know what happened here but I was not satisfied with this purchase.
