I have never done a detox before, but I feel as though this has made a difference for me. I quit smoking about 10 months ago, and I have been wanting to lose weight as well. I just finished my 30 day detox, and let me tell you I lost 10 pounds! I have of course also been exercising daily and limiting what and how much I eat. I also notice my skin has less acne and I am definitely drinking more. The awesome thing with the Teami teas is that you can reuse the tea about 4-6 times. Basically, the tea that I used first thing in the morning lasts me all day. Also, the colon tea really works!! Make sure you do not seep the colon tea for too too long, because you will wake up in the early morning with a stomach ache really having to go... I worked myself up to seeping the colon tea for 10 minutes, but that was my max! I recommend this product :)
