The Eyebrow Pencil by Tonya Crooks
I liked the pencil a lot when I first bought it at Neiman Marcus last year together with the serum. When I placed the order this time, somehow the pencil was so hard and very dry, the Serum is the same but not the pencil. Hope they keep the same formula. Thank you, and you have a nice day!
