Nice, no frills lip balm

I like the texture and feel of this lip balm. It's not overly moisturizing, so I'll likely need something richer for the winter, but I love this as a base under my lipstick. There is an added fragrance, which I don't love those sensitive to smells might not be a fan. Doesn't leave any waxy residue or weird appearance on the lips which is a plus. Lips just look plump and moisturized.
