Has a bit of glitter
I am a brown skin tone and can actually see the glitter in it. It's not ideal for very dry skin . Didn't do much for my skin .

Not Happy
The lotion seemed fine, but a little while after putting it on my arms, it came off (like dead skin) when I rubbed my skin.
