Not bad!
I love Virtue products, especially their Healing Oil. I have chemically processed fine, fragile hair that gets lots of splits ends so hoped this would mend them. Per a review, I mix a little with oil and put on my ends before blowdrying and I think it helps. It's too thick to spread by itself so I would recommend mixing with oil or another styling product before applying.

Lovely scent, a good hair tamer
I love the creamy coconut-vanilla scent of this product -- and I wish I knew which other Virtue products have this same scent. In fact, I'd give the product 5 stars if it weren't quite so expensive -- and if it did more to repair damaged hair. As it is, it's a decent frizz tamer, but doesn't work as well as a conditioning mask. I apply it before blow drying and typically have to use more than a few drops to get results. But again, it's a pleasant product to use and is the best smelling hair oil I've used.

Made my hair worse. It does not moisturize or hydrate or seal plot ends . My hair looks even more frizzy and dried out after even the first use. I used it after washing and conditioner then on damp hair. Blow dried it on cool . My hair felt dry and coarse and frizzy. I washed it and it looks even worse. Did not use again I switched back to my other products which works way better.

I have been using their mask for a few months and absolutely love it. I recently started using the split end serum and so far so good. I like the consistency and the fact that it is chemical free. Best split end stuff. It actually helps mend the ends. I don't know why some people give it a bad review. It has great ingredients in it. So far I am loving all the virtue products. This, the healing oil, and leave in are my favorite. I also the love the condition mask. My hair went from frizzy dry falling out to soft and way less hair in the shower.
