Too soon to tell

It’s been about 3 weeks and I was asked to review it it’s very moisturizing and holds the moisture in but it hasn’t thickened the skin under my eyes maybe it’s too soon to tell yet it’s extremely expensive and that’s the main reason I got it cause the skin under my eyes has thinned I’ll keep using it twice a day to see if it lessens the look of my eye bags I really hope so considering what it cost me.
