This lotion is really moisturizing except I find it a little shiny when I apply it on my face. I am also not fond of the smell. I received this as a full-size sample last year, and used it on hands (I have Raynouds disease, hands are always cold, dry and with tiny blisters) and saw immediate results. Started using it on cuts, bruises, etc and saw how it healed much quicker. Then I developed Rosacea and tried this on nose and cheeks- miraculous! The cream is cold to the touch, lotion consistency is easy to apply smoothly over nose and cheeks and it calms the redness while also moisturizing the skin. With colder temps I started using it on the whole face, neck and chest and cannot live without it! Moisture without greasy feeling, fragrance, or high price. It does shine a bit, maybe more so on me because I use a lot of it, but my tinted sunscreen takes care of that. I put it on over all my skin products and have never had a reaction, and not a single pimple!
