Packaging & Product Appearance: It comes in a securely packaged box, everything is neatly wrapped and protected, you can rest assured the device is well protected during delivery. What really surprised me was the subpar quality of the device's external body. The design of TriPollar looks great in photos and videos, with a feminine, diamond-like shape, and a nice metallic sheen. However, when you see the device in person, you will realize the body of the device is made of rather cheap-looking plastic with a thick layer of metallic coating. The device is quite lightweight (which is a good thing! you don't want a clunky heavy device, of course) but it also feels rather flimsy when you hold it in your hand. Honestly, the plastic hand feel of this device reminds me of drug store lipstick's plastic casing lol (and that's not good, considering the price you pay for this product!). With all that said, this is a minor issue as what is important is the hardware INSIDE! TriPollar markets itself as a high-quality product developed and made in Israel, it comes with a 2-year warranty, here's hoping all that money I paid goes to the quality of the hardware! User Experience: A re-occurring feedback I've gathered online is that it takes a certain level of patience and skill to properly use this device. because of this, I made sure to read the user manual carefully and I watched Demo videos before using it. TriPollar Stop X requires a power USB cable plugged in to function, so you will have to be stationary when using this device. The treatment gel that comes with the device is a rather thick glycerin-based gel with a sticky texture, you only need a very thin layer each time, overusing the treatment gel will affect the delivery of heat to the deeper layer of your skin. Once you have a layer of gel on, turn the device on and start drawing slow circles on one specific area of your face, press in firmly and repeat slow circles until you see the orange light turn on and hear a "beep" sound indicating you've achieved desire level of heat on that area. You then slowly expand your circle and move on to the next area. The goal here is to deliver a sufficient amount of heat evenly to the whole face. I didn't find the process difficult, but it definitely takes patience! I think after 3 weeks of consistent usage I can see some modest results, I will continue to use it.
