I use this blue light when I'm starting to break out, and it clears up my skin with one 5 minute treatment. For bad breakouts, I'll use it a few days in a row (5 minutes at a time) preceded by the Labelle skin spatula. I use it before the red light therapy (also 5 minute treatments) by the same company and my skin has never looked better! I find that if I use the blue light in conjunction with the red light my skin is more firm and clear. Great product!
