This topical gel is designed as an effective prophylaxis against hypertrophic scar formation. Ideal for supporting healing following ablative and non-ablative procedures such as lasers and chemical peels, this gel can even be used to heal compromised skin such as dry, chapped skin on the hands, feet and lips.

This gel helps prevent hypertrophic scars following surgical procedures such as:

Pleased with the results!

I used V-STAT a few years ago after MOS surgery on my nose. It worked so well that most people do not realize I have a scar there. More recently I had more facial surgery to remove two sebaceous cysts, one on my cheek and one just below the jaw line. It has been about a month since the surgery and I am using V-STAT again because it was so effective. So far, so good. Will need a few months of use to see how effective the results are this time.

Perfect for dry winter skin

Works on New scars

So far I can tell a difference in newer scars. It has flatten/smoothed out a few that were raised. However, I can't tell a change on older or darker scars yet. Will continue to use all of the bottle to truly see a difference.

Amazing product - treats old and new scars

I have been using this to prevent keloids and heal old ones and prevent hypertrophic scarring and treat old scars. I use it all around my eyes an anti-aging balm, and it has been helping wrinkles. Awesome to use as an all over treatment post peel or when my Rx retinoid causes some flaking. It healed my flaking dry winter lips when nothing else would. I am also still very amazed at how it took down old inflammation on some keloids. My skin is so much better with this product. Please do not stop carrying it. There is nothing like it on the market.
