This oil is the best. More effective then an epsom salt bath for soothing muscles since it doesn't dry out your skin. Even though it is an oil, it soaks into your skin without heavy residue. Relaxes tired sore muscles after a long day especially my legs, after 20 minutes of soaking. Tones the skin with nutrients, and the aroma is therapy to quiet the mind. I take a Phyto-Bain bath every other day to stay pampered, soothed, and nurtured. I also will use a few drops in the sink when washing my face at night as a boost. Keeps my face soft, supple, toned.
