Zoya Nail Polish - Scarlet

Still Looking For the Perfect Pink

Let me start that I really like Zoya nail polish. They apply smoothly, dry quickly, last well, and best of all are free of some nasty chemicals. Why three stars? The color descriptions just dont match the product that arrived. "Scarlet" looks like a nude pink in the bottle. I do not see a cool toned "dusty rose" here. Once applied, it has essentially no color, unless you start putting on three coats. In essence, I know it is described as sheer, but surely some color without layering on so many coats? If you are looking for a French manicure look, this would be a good option. I was looking for something with a little more color. Maybe it just takes learning how to interpret Zoya descriptions.
