This is great for people like me with KP (Keratosis Pillaris) which is where excess keratin forms small bumps on the skin. Usually arms and legs. This has reduced them so much on my legs, and I use it every other day. It used Free Glycolic Acid which is more potent and effective at exfoliation. Anytime you use a product not made with Free Glycolic Acid, whatever percentage of product it states is not the true value. But this is actually 17.5% and it shows! I would moisturize with a light lotion after though! Highly recommend this product.
