My nails were in sad sorry condition. Now, a week after I started taking this supplement (just 1 capsule a day), I am seeing my nails growing and getting stronger. I suspect I had been missing on some nutrients, though. I have not yet seen a noticeable improvement in my hair - 1 week is not sufficient for me to say anything yet. I am so glad to see my nails in better condition, though! I will be reordering once I'm done with this bottle.
