I’ve used many different acne products that are only somewhat effective. This product seems to be consistently effective. It gives my skin a little tingle immediately after application but then settles down. My skin has been clear since I started using it. It is a clear liquid that is light feeling. I layer my moisturizer over it after the tingling settles. Works better than other named brand products I’ve used. Highly recommend
