I have experienced several falls that injured both my feet and legs. The pain from the injuries can often interfere with my sleep at night. I started using the leg and foot cream, with socks, and it has helped tremendously. I apply both creams most evenings, especially if I have had an active day.

I have been taking this supplement for years, with occasional breaks for a few months here and there. When I don't take it, I notice a difference in my energy levels and my eyesight. Vitamin A is like a base vitamin that supports the absorption of all of the other vitamins so it is essential, but you have to take it in a natural form, like this one. I also love the antioxidant blend as I feel it gives good support in multiple ways. I don't pay enough attention to myself or my health, but I pay enough to be able to say that I prefer to take this as opposed to not taking it. Hope that makes sense!
