This did not provide enough moisture for me my hair was very dry and tangled every morning. Very disappointing product . And I don’t even color my hair so it’s in good shape but thus made it feel dry and like straw.

I've been using this for about a month, washing every other day, and I have not noticed any additional hair loss and it does not make my hair feel dry and filmy like other non-sulfate shampoos and conditioners do. The serum seems to be working, and it smells good, kind of like pumpkin spice. No irritation either, and I have sensitive skin that reacts to many fragrances. I think I see more baby hairs sprouting too!
