This product, Kenra Professional Platinum Blow-Dry Mist, is pricey BUT works fantastic on my hair as a detangling, conditioning and styling aid for my hair which is thick, coarse and curly. I use the suggested amount and wash my hair twice a week (not unusual with my type of hair) so the bottle will last for a long time! I plan to use auto replenish which will also help with cost.

My hair is very fine. After reading reviews from others with same and how much they liked it, I decided to give it a try. I used a good amount to adequately style and hold the style but it made my hair too soft for either. I’ve used the Kenra Platinum Shampoo which I like so was hoping the mousse would work but unfortunately I have to give it a low rating for my hair type.

The scent, to me, is a fake strawberry/vanilla scent and it got overwhelming. The product itself is ok, but can definitely weigh down hair. I just didn’t see any benefit in using it. … more
