I use this cleanser in the morning and occasionally at night (I have a different cleanser that I sometimes use). It does a thorough job and my skin feels prepped for my skin care products. It is not drying, but my skin is clean. The consistency is a soft gel that is easy to use. For reference, I am 70 yrs old with normal to dry skin. I do have some sun damage.

I’m in my early 60s and first tried Jan Marini in my 40s-the product was Factor A and I could only get it through my esthetician; she stopped practicing and I could no longer get the product. I began using JM Age Intervention Retinol when I saw it on Lovely Skin. I’ve tried other retinols at 0.5 and 1.0, none of them compare. With JM there is no irritation, no need to layer a moisturizer. My skin soaks it up and feels soft afterwards. This is the best retinol for results without redness, burning, or peeling.

I have been using this brand for an almost a year and have received many complements on my skin. I have gotten more benefits from the use of Marini Skin Solutions than I have with any other product to date. This system is numbered in the order you are to use it. It couldn’t be any easier! It has a light pleasant smell and absorbs into my skin nicely without any greasy feel. Also, I love the new updated branding! Highly recommend!
