I wanted to use this powder for my eyelids rather than under-eyes; as a mature woman, powders don't work as well as cream formulas for that. I had seen a few reviews that said they used this as a neutral eye shadow. The brand I've used for years stopped making the neutral color I really liked, so I thought I would try this. My previously used eye shadow color helped to cancel out some of the slight red color eyelids have developed with the passing years. It just didn't work so well for that - yet that's not to say someone else might not love it for the purpose for which it's intended. My search continues...

I purchased these scissors as a replacement to my really great pair of brow scissors bc I thought they'd be sharper with more precision. I was wrong - even though these feel like solid quality, they're designed wrong. I like my old ones best - they have a pointed end, they cut the same as these new scissors but they're lighter to hold and better fit in my hand.
