I suffered a trimalleolar fracture on Christmas 2024. My operation required 2 seperate incisions, one of which ran from the bottom of my foot up my leg 4 inches and another 2 inch incision over my ankle bone. When my stitches were finally removed, I began liberally applying the scar recovery gel and topping it with Skin Ceuticals Hydra Balm and wrapping lightly with gauze for 12 hours per day.
