This mousse is very lightweight and gives my hair a soft hold. It doesn't leave it sticky/stiff, just enough for my hair. I can see maybe mixing it with a stronger mousse or gel for a stronger hold if that's what you desire. This also somehow feels moisturizing in my dryer hair. Based on the reviews, I was hoping this could be used to calm frizz and revive second day curls but it didn't do anything for me. My curls lay as flat and frizzy as though I hadn't used anything. I'm still looking for the product that will help with that. Either that or get a buzz cut.
