Ideal for all skin types, CSL® SERUM 15 is designed to help in the stimulation of collagen production, to decrease the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and enhance protection against harmful environmental pollutants and UVA/UVB damage by neutralizing free radicals. Using the most stable, pure vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) formulation available, SERUM 15 consistently delivers 15% L-ascorbic acid to the skin at a pH level of 3.0-3.5 for optimum penetration.
