A little tacky but once you get the hang of it it really works. I just make sure I am very moisturized and if I am wearing concealer I apply that first because the brandts will ball up a little on you. I have paid way more for other tightening products and this is the best. Some days I apply more than one layer if needed. Good stuff.

This is a good product, works for short term under eye firming. You have to be careful when applying and I don't like putting makeup over it. Also, don't store the tube standing up or liquid will come out. You may need to "knead" the tube before squeezing product out.

You have to follow the instructions to apply after eye moisturizer. You can’t use too much or you will have a chunky, flaky mess. The product is thick, a bit sandy and has an orange tint to it. Even after warming between your fingers, the product does not go on easy or smooth. Product is also wasted between fingers that you cannot get off and as to be washed off with soap and water because of the orange residue. No more baggage works great for an almost instantaneous depuffing of bags under the eyes. However, this is not lasting and has to be reapplied during the day to keep the bags at bay. It may camouflage dark circles somewhat but does nothing for them long term. I usually use this first thing in the morning when my highly allergic eyes are at their puffiest and then I may use it again when I put on my makeup for the day. I like it well enough that I will probably continue to buy it because I have found nothing else that works as well and so quickly in the morning.

The product is good. The orange color scared me at first but it blends into my skin and there is no color showing. I'm comparing it to other puffiness products I've used and I feel I have to apply more than what I did with other products. It spreads nicely but more is definitively needed so it may not last as long as other products. I do see the under eye puffiness decrease with No More Baggage. I would really have given it a 4.5. I was hoping for less puff.
