I found somewhat uneven results: some acne went away quickly, some not so fast; sometimes it dried the skin, sometimes not. However, I have not used it all over, all the time, just on pimples as they popped up, so perhaps that's the difference. All in all, it was no worse than some other products, but also not really better.
