Light coverage with SPF

I like the Jane Iredale mineral foundation for a couple of reasons. For days when I don't need a lot of makeup but still want a polished look, this makeup does the job. I like the SPF rating, too. However, there is just light coverage.

Great mineral foundation

This is a great pressed mineral foundation. I don’t like heavy liquid foundations. This one is light and goes on so smoothly. It is an extra bonus that it has SPF. Also, the refillable compact is metal and has a magnetic closure, making it sturdy and long lasting through many refills.

Very light in color

I'm not keen on this product. The color is too light (one of the unfortunate things about ordering on line versus trying something in a store), and it looks powdery. Makes me look like a corpse. Plus, it doesn't come with an applicator sponge. For the price, not worth the money

Lovely powder

As a 74 year old woman I usually don’t wear powder foundation but JI powder is lovely. I use one of the primers under it, illuminating or brightening, then the powder and Balmy stick blush on top. It doesn’t make my skin look dry and cakey, just softly blurred.

This is the best mineral foundation I have ever tried! I have tried others but they do not cover as smooth nor do they make your skin look as radiant.. It seems like the lines on your face disappear. Loved it so much I tried the jane iredale primer. Talk about amazing --looked even better. Now i am trying all of the jane iredale products. I am very sensitive to makeup have tried so many.
