I’ve been debating on whether to use a toner or not. Finally decided to try this one. It’s alright. Some products make me break out, but this one hasn’t. It does have a very strong fragrance that I’m not a big fan of, but it didn’t trigger my skin. Don’t know if it does much in general though. Not sure I’ll buy again

this toner kind-of 'resets' my skin and makes it feels so good and smooth. the scent is lovely and its a nice, refreshing step in my skin care routine. I have been using the ceutical tolerance line from nb for a couple of years and I love it.

I switch my toners from time to time. I always come back to this one though. It's gentle and has a pleasant fragrance. Very good in cold climates as it will not dehydrate in the least.
