I’ve been using prescription retin-a for years now. I’m 62 years old and live in a colder climate. For some reason this year the tretinoin has been really irritating my face so I decided to try something different. After reading about Osmosis skin care I bought the gentle retinal serum and so far I’m very happy with it. It does not irritate my skin at all and I believe it is just as effective as tretinoin.
