Very thick

I love their shampoo so it seemed natural to try the conditioner but this product just isn't as good. It's incredibly thick and heavy, a little bit goes a long way, but I have finer hair and it seems to coat it a bit too much. The biggest issue though is the fact that it's so thick it does not come out of the tiny hole in the cap, I have to take that off and force the conditioner out of the bottle.

The conditioner is great… the packaging is not.

The actual product is great. Leaves your hair incredibly soft and shiny. I don’t know if it’s just the bottle I received or not, but the conditioner does not come out through the cap. You have to really fight with it to get some out. That’s the only downside though.
