My teenage son had terrible dandruff and cradle scalp issues. I needed something that would work well without drying his hair more. His hair is in much better condition as is his scalp. I also reccomend doing some warm oil and boar brush exfoliating sessions. Definately helped with all the build up and as far as I can tell, the redkin scalp relief has kept buildup from coming back.
