Perfect for sensitive skin…
I have tried so many retinol products that claim to be gentle enough for sensitive skin. This is the only one that has really lived up to the claim. I started using twice per week and now use three times per week. I could probably go to every other night, but I use other nightly serums. I wish I would have tried this one sooner. It goes on smoothly and absorbs quickly. My skin is extremely sensitive and dry leaning, but I have not had any issues with irritation or extreme dryness.

Another Excellent Product from Alastin
I have tried many other brands of Retinol products (from my skin doctor) and the .25 Alastin is the gentlest one to date. I am using other products from this same line, and I think they deliver excellent results!

Alastin Retinol 0.25
As I’ve gotten older my skin has gotten more sensitive. I’m 60 and have used some type of Retinol products since my early 20’s. The Alastin Renewal Retinol does not irritate my sensitive skin and I can use nightly with other products. I use before bed and wake up to soft smooth skin.

My new night time fave!
This is a great retinol serum for my sensitive, combination, 60+ skin. It does not burn my face like some other products I’ve used, and it does not dry my skin out and cause those horrible peelies all over my face a few days after using. It sinks into my skin with a luscious formula, and I don’t wake up feeling greasy. It makes my skin look smooth for days after, and it does not irritate my rosacea.
