Have waited a LONG time to try this cleansing balm.....
And I really like it!! Even with this product being very nice to use, it is not very nice to pay for, full price. The sale price was nice, but even that was a bit steep for this product. It is a cleanser. This product stays on your face for a few seconds until you rinse it off. Unless I had unlimited funds, I won't be purchasing Bader products....my wallet can't take the abuse.

Does the job
This definitely gets my makeup off, although it doesn't fully wash off with warm water and leaves a white residue until I use the cleansing cloth that comes with it. Would have loved for it to come off a bit more with just water; the cloth then gets a lot of makeup product on it that doesn't fully come out in the wash (and I don't wear much makeup -- just some tinted sunscreen and blush). I thought I could use this for eye makeup but I did a few times and then started forming a stye so I've just used it for my face since then.
