It feels soothing only when just applied. Once it is evaporated, which is so soon then feeling of dryness comes back. If you apply more or a little bit thicker then it forms the wrinkle shape looks like white powder sitting on the wrinkles. I bought this to help with dark undereyes, usually from lack of sleep and to just have something to moisturize the eye area without irritation. I think this did help with lessening the appearnce of dark circles and does help keep the area hydrated. It’s a lightweight easy to absorb cream and the jar will last a long time. Overall I think its a decent eye cream for dark circles.
